Tripcite was built by Juan Sanchez, founder of Odisea Tours and a sport and group travel specialist who has been organizing tours across Spain since 2005.

For two decades Juan has run sport, cultural and corporate group tours in Spain for teams, schools and clubs traveling mainly from the United States and Australia, under Ground Agents Solutions S.L., the parent company behind Odisea Tours and a portfolio of travel and sports technology products.

Tripcite started as an internal tool. Travelers had stopped beginning their research on Google and started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity which company runs soccer tours in Spain, or which agency plans a softball trip for a US team. Juan needed to know whether the AI engines were actually naming his brands when they answered those questions, and the existing tools were either generic, expensive, or built for software marketers rather than travel operators.

So he built measurement that reflects how travelers really ask: full conversational questions, broken down by engine, by query and by language, with the competitors named. After running it across the Ground Agents portfolio, it became clear other travel, hospitality and SaaS brands had the same blind spot. Tripcite is that tool, opened up.

The point of view behind it is simple. The people who understand whether an answer is right are the operators who actually run the trips, not an agency optimizing keywords. Tripcite measures what the AI engines say, honestly, so a brand can see where it stands and do something about it.
